Mehubarim Laam was established with the understanding that strength comes from unity, from mutual responsibility to be there for those in need. We work for families, children, and individuals who are experiencing hardship and distress. Primarily through distributing food baskets, providing guidance, and community support with the help of a wide network of volunteers. Our organization is largely based on many volunteers who come together to do good and help others. Many families live in uncertainty and insecurity due to a daily struggle for survival. In every food basket we distribute, there is much more than food – when we support and assist in distributing a food basket, we create a sense of security and mutual responsibility for those in need. In recent years, dozens of new families have been added to the circle of those we support, and we are here to ensure that none of them will be left alone.
